Greetings Briarlake Beavers,
A few important weekend updates about the upcoming
Fall Festival and Ice Cream Social.
Be on the lookout for the September edition of the Beaver
Bulletin early next week. We can't wait to see who will be
"spotlighted" this month!
Teacher conferences are the next two weeks. If you
are in need of a conference, contact your child's teacher and schedule
one today.
Have a wonderful weekend and enjoy the cooler crisp air!

FALL FESTIVAL
It's Fall Festival Time!!!
WE NEED YOU!
The Fall Festival is a big event that needs a big turnout
of volunteers to make it happen. Please look for ways to
volunteer the day of the festival. If you are able to work a
shift on Saturday from either 10:45-1:30 or 1:15-4:00 please contact
our fearless (ok, right now she's a little scared) leader, Vanessa
Erens at verens@comcast.net
Look for the Fall Festival ticket order form in your
child's courier packet tomorrow. Be sure to purchase more
tickets than you think you need because you'll use them all and
then want more!
We are in need of EZ-ups (those pop-up canopy tents) to
provide shade for the children's craft and auction areas. If
you have any to lend, please contact Carolyn Hansen at carolynmhansen@yahoo.com
There are sponsorships available for the fall
festival. If any parent or business is interested in sponsoring
the Fall Festival contact Tonya Roberts at tsroberts729@aol.com
Thanks so much. We are looking forward to another
wonderful Fall Festival with our Briarlake families and the community!
